The construction of Grand Mosque at Jalan Raya Daan Mogot, Duri Kosambi, Cengkareng Sub-district keeps accelerated. Since May 2016, the construction has entered the finishing stage and is targeted to complete in December.

Chaerul Lantip, Head Division of Governmental Building for Dept. of Public Housing and Governmental Building, said finishing stage spent Rp 85 billion and proposed in multi years budget. This year budget is Rp 35 billion and in 2017 is Rp 50 billion.

South Jakarta to Relocate Darul Jannah MosqueAccording to him, the mosque construction is focusing on installing roof steel and closing all wall. The working is divided into two shifts from 8 AM to 12 AM.
“Next project is ceramic and granite installation, including the interior design,” he added.
The landscape project in outside of the mosque is handled by Jakarta Dept. of City Park and Cemetery.
